Red Ball 5 is a colorful 2D platformer where rolling, jumping, and puzzle-solving lead you through a lively world packed with danger. Guide your red ball and uncover what waits beyond the next obstacle.
Red Ball 5 places the round hero in side-scrolling environments filled with platforms, slopes, gaps, and hidden dangers. Keep moving through the landscape while collecting yellow items scattered along the route and searching for the doorway that marks the end of each level.
The forest contains plenty of threats designed to interrupt your journey. Green enemies, spiders, wooden sharp objects, and other traps require careful movement, especially in narrow sections with little room to recover from a mistake.
Some stages turn platforming into a small puzzle. Move wooden boxes into useful positions to activate switches, reach higher platforms, or create a safe route across difficult sections. Combining rolling and jumping with these objects can reveal paths that are not immediately accessible.
Coins and stars give you extra objectives as you travel through each course. Exploring the available platforms can lead to collectibles placed off the main route, giving you another reason to investigate the level instead of rushing to the exit.
Every stage has a clear destination to work toward. Survive the hazards, solve the environmental challenges, and guide the red ball to the doorway and portal that take the adventure forward. Later sections introduce tougher combinations of enemies, traps, and platforming challenges.
The conflict between the friendly Balls and hostile Cubes adds a distinct theme to the adventure. Alongside regular enemies, the journey can lead to encounters with powerful Cubo bosses, giving certain sections a larger challenge to overcome.
